Shipping Policy

At Valeria Barcelona, we work with international suppliers to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. Below you will find all the information related to delivery times, tracking, and shipping conditions.

1. Delivery Times and Tracking

Delayed or Lost Orders
If an order cannot be tracked or located within 45 days (for the United States) or 60 days (for the rest of the world), Valeria Barcelona will offer a full refund or send a new product at no additional cost.

Orders marked as delivered:
No claims will be accepted once 45 days have passed after the maximum delivery time for retail customers, or 21 days for wholesale orders.

The standard delivery time is 14 days.

2. Damages and Quality Problems

Product damaged upon receipt:
If the item arrives damaged, the customer must file a claim within 3 days for general products or 7 days for electronic products, providing clear photographic evidence. Depending on the case, a replacement or a full refund may be offered.

Quality issues (size, color, stitching, functionality):
Must be reported within the same timeframes (3 or 7 days depending on the product). Photographic evidence will be required. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine whether a refund or replacement is warranted.

3. Incorrect Address and Reshipments

If the order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, an additional fee equivalent to the original shipping cost will be charged.
In addition, a 10% restocking and administrative fee will be applied.

4. Cancellations

Custom orders, wholesale orders, or those with reserved inventory cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

5. Cases Not Covered by Reimbursement

Valeria Barcelona will not accept disputes or refunds in the following cases:

  • The customer no longer wants the product.

  • Minor differences between the description and the product received.

  • The product has an unwanted odor.

  • Customer error when selecting the product or variant.

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Limitations by Shipping Method

For certain destinations or shipping methods without tracking, Valeria Barcelona is not responsible for losses or delays.
For large or heavy orders (over 2 kg or considerable volume), additional fees may apply due to volume or special handling.
