At Valeria Barcelona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of the item to request a return.
Return conditions
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for return.
You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all returns must be sent to the address indicated in Spain, and the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items will not be accepted for return without prior request.

Damages and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and find a suitable solution.
Exceptions / Non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Changes
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the current product and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase of the item you want.
15-day reflection period (European Union)
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days, without needing to provide a reason.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take some additional time to process and reflect the refund.
